My name is Jade, Hello.
I offer a down-to-earth, confidential space where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind, without judgement. I believe we all have times when life feels overwhelming, and having someone who really listens can make a difference. My approach is gentle and supportive, and I’ll walk alongside you as you find the path that's right for you.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and therefore adhere to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This means I am committed to working with professionalism, integrity, and respect, ensuring that my practice upholds the highest standards of ethical and safe therapeutic work in the best interests of my clients.
Everyone’s needs are different, so the way I work is really flexible — sometimes that might be short-term, solution-focused sessions, and other times it’s a longer, more personal journey where we explore patterns in relationships, behaviours, and the bigger questions in life. It's up to you, and we will talk about our direction of work when we meet.

What I Offer
Initial Consultation
A short, friendly conversation where we can get a sense of whether working together feels right. It’s a chance for you to share a little about what’s bringing you to counselling and for me to explain how I work and answer any questions you might have. There’s no pressure or commitment — it’s simply an opportunity for you to get a feel for the process, talk through what you’re hoping for, and decide if this approach feels supportive for you.

1:1 Counselling Sessions (Online)
Online counselling therapy in the comfort of your own home. Humanistic counselling focuses on you as a whole person — your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and potential for growth. It offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore who you are, build self-understanding, and develop greater self-acceptance. Rather than giving advice, this approach helps you connect with your own inner wisdom and make choices that feel right for you. Humanistic counselling can be especially helpful if you’re struggling with low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply want to understand yourself on a deeper level.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Video Call. Offered in blocks of 8 at £20 per session. I offer CBT sessions in blocks of 8 (as a minimum) as this approach is designed to be focused and time limited. CBT is especially helpful for issues such as anxiety, low mood, stress, phobias, and unhelpful thinking patterns. It works by exploring the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, helping you develop practical tools to manage challenges more effectively. Because CBT focuses on the here and now and aims to create change through active techniques, it often suits short-term work where clear goals and strategies can make a real difference.
